Eibach Pro Kit. My car looks kinda slammed. Handling greatly improved though. The drop is pretty much even all the way around ~1.25 inches. The drive is slightly bouncier...very slightly. If I had the money, I would probably go with Coilovers though.

BTW your stereo system looks bada$$...how does it sound? any rattling?

Nismo shocks/springs + sways

Lowers just slightly less than an inch. Does not looked slammed whatsoever. handling is phenomenal. Ride is slightly harsher than stock, but there is much less bounce also. Overall, I prefer the ride of the Nismo to stock. I honestly have come to believe, that one is hard pressed to find any better products for the Z that what Nissan makes itself. The only possible exception I see to this is crawford headers.

I thought your Z was already lowered
Anyways mine is Eibach Pro-kit, the tech guy said and inch all around and that's waht it looks like
for just doing the springs the ride is nice feels a little better than the stock IMO, but again I have had it on for only 300 miles

Tein Flex with EDFC but I have it too low. Already ruined one front bumper and one Y pipe. I'm gonna have to raise her at least an inch or be super careful about speed bumps, steep driveways and parking lot blocks.

I am on tein S-techs... putting on SF challenges next week. This pic was taken right after the drop so its a tad lower now. If you like the slammed look, you should go for eibachs or tanabes. I have a steep driveway so i didn't want to risk scraping the bumper. The drop is a little less than an inch.

I installed Tanabe Sustec Pro S O C coilovers, 1.25" drop. I REALLY like this kit--it was purchased as a replacement for nismo s tune which I bought used from a buddy. No disrespect to nismo s tuners, but the Tanabe coilovers are height-adjustable, ride stiffer, the shocks respond better, and coupled w/ Stillen sways, Prothane bushings and GT Spec frame braces, this car feels truly "on rails".
The downside is I scrape the shields on the cats, ever so slightly, going in and out of my steep driveway and my regular alignment shop can't/won't risk putting my ZR on the ramps. Had to find a trustworthy shop with a pit.

Ride descriptions are very subjective. I felt the ride got a lot tighter and stiffer, which was what I was looking for. I came up from a Miata, so I was used to the car being responsive, and the stock suspension on the Z seemed sluggish by comparison.

i know i can get discounts on parts wit a dealer (15%) so, somthing in the neighborhood of $1500 for suspension/shock, and $425 for sway bars (nismo) without installation costs...
