Default Window Seals Adjustable?

I seem to remember reading in a thread (couldn't find it through search) that the window seals around the driver and passenger windows are adjustable. I'm getting some wind noise from the rear of my driver window (none from the passenger side) that I think can be eliminated if the seals are adjustable. Anybody know if they really are adjustable, and how to adjust them if they are?

I believe you have to lift up the seal and either there was a screw or you could put some foam behind the seal to raise it up a bit. I believe there is a TSB on this.

I posted a comment on this a while ago because I was getting squeeky windows due to the seel being to tight against the window. Sorry I don't have time to look for it now. If you have the shop manual, the procedure is described in there.

If necessary, apply "butyl tape"(sealer) under the pillar weather-strip.

This is the text as described in the service manual.
Nothing different from other cars. You may adjust with Scotch 3M Putty the seal to make adjustment.

To be complete, TSB regarding water leak from soft top left front corner.
Advise use sealer, (also used or) rear combination Lamp, Butyl Tape, Nissan part # B6553-89965
