I have been looking into a ZR for a couple weeks now and I have one that I may be trading my car in for. During my research I wanted to see a car history report on the car but I didn't want to go thru carfax and pay the fee. I found this link from another forum and thought this would be useful to some of you:

Unfortunately, this only works for vehicles listed at their dealership.

Invalid vin - xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
The vin must match a vehicle currently offered for sale at the Dealership selected.

 

yeah, it didn't limit you untill recently, shame.
