Saw the Roadster.......
Unfortunately for the Z, a curious Boxster "S" owner was driving next to him checking him out as well.
Honestly I think you guys will be pretty happy. THe car I saw was Silverstone and was running on 17"s. I think CS, DB and even SSL will be much better colors and the 18"s should add to the look as well. All in all it looked good and the guy wasn't buried in the car either. It looks well proportioned and the best view is rear and rear quarter.

I was considering the ragtop - that is, until the pics with the red car top up were circulated. IMHO the top just ruins the lines of the car. The configuration accentuates the butt of the car making it look like it's got a big ol ***. Thanks but no thanks. I'd get a used boxster first. The Z coupe has awesome lines. Too bad Nissan didn't try to replicate the design with the ragtop.
This morning on the Today Show they had 5 different convs. on the set (including a silver roadster) - basically a promo for the NY Auto Show.
Of course the top was down but they did point out that the seats had some type of netting to help keep them cool in the summer and that it would start at $31,000.

This is the best pic I've seen of it yet. Tough I've only ever seen two other sets of photos of the new convertible, one silver one driving around with it's badges taped over, and a red one parked in a driveway. Both of those sets of images underwhelmed me.
