saturday night, i decided i wanted to drift around a corner in a parking lot... i over corrected my turn and ended up thru a fence onto a shuffle board course.... ended up with an est. damge of 10,500....

just wanted to say, even after all that, im lucky to be alive, and i gotta thank nissan for makin a smaller convertible heavy enough to withstand such punishment....

Damn.. that sucks. I learned in my Nissan 240SX 89 , for the same reason.... If I wrecked I wouldn't be as much in debt as I would with the Z...afte drifting with the 240, I got experience now and I drift with my Z once in a while.

 

Wait, what did you tell your insurance happened??

LOL, so funny. Sorry for your situation, but why are you drifting around parking lot corners? You gotta expect something like this to happen if you're not so good at it. And if you over correct, then that means you're not good at it. Hope it all works out. I feel sorry for you, but can't help but laugh.

but i kno how to drift.... i had a 240 before my 350.... i just ****ed up.... i can admit it lol....

I spun around 540degrees once around a turn when I first got the Z (not used to it yet) but luckily no cars around, and I chose a HUGE parking not one where there is fences all around

damn if that is 10k in damage i am amazed. Insurance rapes us all so rape them back, ethical or not!
