Default New 2004 Roadster White

I was up at my local Nissan dealership this past weekend Peoria Nissan in Arizona and they had a brand new 2004 Roadster white in the showroom. I found it rather weird that they would have a new from back in 04. Has anyone else seen new 04's at your local dealership's? It didn't have a price on it but I was curious.

Wow, That's really old for new.
Hmm, how does a loan for that work? More than 2 years old, but never been titled..

I would be suspicious too. If you are interested in this car, do your homework. Run a Carfax, call Nissan USA, if you have friends in auto sales have them do a check for you.

Sounds like someone bought it as a collector car and then decided they didn't want it after 3 years and sold it back to the Nissan Dealership... Would explain the lack of a sticker on the window.

Anyone know how the factory warranty would play out in this type of scenerio?

the warranty should start when you take it out of the lot, but knowing the dealerships, you never know until you clarify it out with them. Just make sure you get it in writing.

It was a nice looking car. I didn't care for the automatic or the rims on the older ZR's they looked like 17's. My 07 rims look alot nicer for stock. I can see why alot of people on here upgrade to 18's or 19's they seem to fill out the wheel wells. I'm wondering if someone couldn't get a smoking deal on it.

17's don't have the TPS and it's better, especially when you go buy after-market rims, no need to worry about compatibility.
18's & 19's will not fill out the wheel well...lowering will.
