Default Surgery happening...VeilSide

My Z went for a surgery...
Got the VeilSide v3 body kit (not wide) with the V2 VeilSide Spoiler...
What a mission... I called VeilSide USA and they refear me to their Authorized dealers... I call each one of them for pricing and MVP Motorsports provided me with the best price... Only one detail, the kit was not in stock and VeilSide USA had to order it from Japan. So I ordered and waited. I decided to paint the whole car with the same color, blue.

I took the car to a personal friend of mine that does amazing body work & paint. He lives in Central Florida... He first fitted the kit and then he took the car appart and I mean appart, he did all the body work and painted the car in parts, doors, panels, bumpers, all separate so thet there would be no over spray or those lines when you open the door of the car...

The car will be completed soon. it is at the final stage...

Don't take this the wrong way but that it by far the WORST kit for the Z.

Makes the Z look like a CatFish

Why would i take it wrong? It is your opinion and everyone is entitled to have one... Besides, I don't even know you, so why would i care what you think?

I said this in another thread and I repeat it;

1.Everybody does mods for themselves and I am no exception.

2.Everyone have different taste and Without different MODs we will all have stock Z's. don't you think?

3.Everything is in the eye of the beholder... It all comes down to PERSONAL choice... I like the VeilSide and so does a lot of people outhere. Otherwise they would not sell.

In any case, thanks !

A3VT 74,

Count me as one who likes that v3 look, especially the front bumper - I've got one on the front of my roadster. Be sure to post pics when it's completed.

BTW, good answer to Netko 350Z's "opinion" . . .

Vik, one of the things he did was to put them on prior to painting to ensure correct fitting... He told me it fit like a glove so I am confident it does. My guy is very good when it comes to doing body work. he mainly works on european cars like BMW, Porche and M. Benz.

I saw your site.. super interesting. And the models are HOT !

Thanks man, I will post pics as soon as it is completed. About the answer... I try to be as respectful as possible to everyone. If I have nothing good to say I rather not say it but like my father used to tell me: opinions are like a$$holes.. everyone has one. I take if for what it is. I respect every one's opinion and he kept it clean and did not disrespect anybody, he just stated his opinion..but at the end I'm the one paying for it, and i'm the one driving it...

wow, that kit looks great in DB. some suggestions. that kit is really really aggressive, thank god you have 20" wheels but you need to get the rears rolled and add some 15mm spacers in the rear and maybe 10mm in the front. i would also look into getting the v3 fender flares and have them molded. i would also like to see what the APR diffuser might do for the front end.
