Default Roadster spoilers

Hi guys,

I'm new to the 350z world (just picked up an 08 roadster yesterday). I'm looking into adding a rear spoiler, most likely a skirt or a "duckbill" style spoiler. Something simple. I read, though, that the spoilers for the coupes don't always fit the roadsters because of the difference in contour on the trunk. Is this true?

If so, which spoilers will fit? Is there a list somewhere?

Thanks guys!

You are correct. It must be a spoiler specified for the roadster. I ended up buying a "lip" style spoiler on line from spoilerdepot.com which ws painted. It attaches to the car with 3M double sided tape. I'm in the automotive paint business and was very happy with the pait job. The spoiler really helps the long sloped back end of the car look complete.

The only one I really like for the ZR is from Stillen. Here's a pic from their website. Don't know of any replicas of it.

don't go putting a spoiler on it. The roadster has such a great *** without going and sticking crap on it

Thanks for the opinion, but that wasn't the question I asked. No need in trying to offend people with different tastes than your own. If we all had the same thing, it would be pretty boring, right?

Jim is the exclusive distributor.

Is the wing fiberglass? The Stillen wing is urethane (from catalog description), and it would be almost impossible to mold into trunk. Where did you buy the spoiler? Any info?

BTW, it looks kick ***! Nice job!

Thanks for the compliments but I can't take all the credit...I saw this rear deck wing on kapinski's ZR from Canada on his ZR earlier last year.

You can buy this rear deck wing at http://www.spoilersmart.com
code:SNZ350A I paid $101.00 shipped.

THE ROADSTER... BTW you have a super nice PPW set-up! CongratZ!
