We really need to know a budget in order to give you good ideas. Keep in mind, the cheaper the wheels, the cheaper the quality. My best advice would be to wait and save up more money so you have a larger budget.

But, if you really don't want to spend much, I would recommend a set of Rotas. You can get a nice set for $800-$900 and they look nicer on the Z than most wheels at that price point.

Look around in the marketplace some, there are plenty of vendors in there that will give you a nice deal on some staggered wheels in the right size and offset. Heres a link to the Rota dealer: https://my350z.com/forum/wheels-and-tires/341122-wheels-alone-wheels-with-summer-tires-wd-s-got-it-all-tons-of-new-rotas.html

Good Luck!

Before I purchased the Grand Touring rims for my Z I was going to get the Stern ST-1 (not sure about the name) I believe. They come in 19 inch with 20mm offset in the front and 25mm in the rear with a 3 inch lip in the rear. They look like the PIAA's except for the rolled edged on the lip. No way am I comparing them to PIAA's just mentioning they follow that sort of style. Found them for $789 on ebay and shipping was $109.

Heres mine btw - They are Volks, which cost me $3500 with tires, but anything along the same style looks really good in Silver. I would actually recommend saving up so you buy something higher end, you won't regret it.

It needs a drop, I know

Thanks.

Looking at a set of Enkei,

they have them in 18 inch x 7.5 with a offset in 35mm & 45mm ,

Will this work with my BREMBO brakes?
They say it will......

which do I go 35 front or 45 back or which ???

18x7.5 is a really narrow wheel, even with a 35mm offset the wheel will sit extremely far in.

If you are looking for an 18" wheel we have plenty of proper sized setups that will fit your car well. We have 18x8.5/18x9.5 staggered setups on sale right now for $800 shipped in the Rota P45 wheels. We also have plenty of 18x9.5 non staggered wheels that are $900 shipped. Tire packages are available also If you have any questions send me a PM and I would be happy to help you out.

I am not a wheel or a wheel sizing expert, but those are too narrow and wayyy off on the offset. Seems that the most common sizing is :

Front : 18inch x 8 or 8.5 with an offset of 20 to 25mm
Rear : 18 or 19 x 9.0 to 10.5 with an offset of 20 to 25mm

Just go to the wheel classified here and look at the sizing and offset of the ones for sale specifically for the 350z and see the most common sizing for them. I think your wheel guy is wrong about those clearing brembo brakes though.

I am in the same boat as you trying to come up with new wheels cheap. I have decided just to add some spacers to the stock 18s for now and wait till I can get the volks I want. It sounds like you are just rushing into any wheel you can afford right now. Take your time and buy something that looks great and fits properly... like everyone else has said so far.

Those sizes really aren't very good at all...

7.5 is a pretty skinny wheel, especially all the way around, most are running 8.5 front 9.5 rear or 9.5 front 10.5 rear.

The offsets are not good either, your going to need pretty big spacers with those, you should be looking for offsets around +20.

The wheels aren't bad, but they are going to look lame in these sizes with that offset. They will be small and sunken way in from the fender.

Look for 9.5 front and 10.5, both around +20 offset. I would go 19" if I were you too, will look much nicer and more aggressive.

From what you posted, I would pick the Axis in Black with Chrome Lip. I've heard good and bad things about Axis, but I do think they would look the best on your car.
