Buying soon
I'm going to look at a 2005 350z touring roadster on Monday. The car has 19k miles and they have it listed for $25k. If I do decide to buy this car, I am going to try and talk them down, I think I could get it for less. Does anyone else think this car is a good price? It is at a KIA dealership right now and they have added a lifetime power train warranty which would cover any engine, transmission, drive axle system, and internally lubricated part problems at no extra charge to the $25k. The guy told me I could tack on a bumper-to-bumper if I wanted to. What are your opinions on this? I'll add some pics below.

I'm not sure about the price, but check the warranty VERY carefully. KIA has a habit of selling crap warranties that really don't cover what the warranty title eludes to. Read the fine print.
ZR looks good!! Price can be lower, though. They may have added the price of the extended warranty within the $25K sticker price. Do you really need that lifetime warranty? Do you ever plan on heavy modifying such as F/I? If so, I wouldn't worry about the extended warranty. It still has a lot of factory warranty left anyways.
From what I understand the price of the car is separate from the lifetime warranty, I think that is just something they are throwing in to move their pre-owned cars. Like I said, I'm gonna try to talk them down on the price, what do you think would be reasonable for the RZ 19k miles?
I got mine for really close to that last year with 8k from private party, so being it is a year later and from a dealer I would say not that bad. Maybe try starting at like 22000 and see if you can meet in the middle. I don't think it is really overpriced or anything though. Good luck.

Trade in Value: What the dealer most likely got it for and it could actually be lower.
Retail value: What the dealer is trying to get. Depending on how badly they want to move, you have negotiating room if you have knowledge.
I would also check the autotrader site to see the average price it is going for.
This will be your bargaining tools.
I just want to say that is a nice interior. The interior color is classy. Only problem is, when the seats are used, you will see the stains and colors rubbing onto the seats.
I would say that is an average price for an '05.
Re. the warranty, if it's from a private company-otherwise a Nissan extended warranty-please check the company's background very closely. There are so fly by night outfits in that business.
Good luck.
