Built2shredZ: Have you had any problems with your SSR's? The reason I'm asking is because I have always liked those wheels. But, I read somewhere that they have a problem with cracking.

BTW, how much do they weigh?

SSR are some of the strongest wheels you can buy, whoever told you they crack is 100% full of ****. The use Semi-soild forging, making them super light and very strong. 2 years on atlanta roads and no problems

1st time I've ever heard that... My rims still look brand new after 4 years...

There around 27 lbs... which isint to bad for 19x10.5 rim..

As stated , Best rims are up to you. Everyone likes diffrent things. Such as lips or no. From Mat black to chrome. Make a list of things you want in a rim and post it you may get alot more help that way.

No, that "someone" is not full of ****. Cracking was a problem with a run of SSR wheels a few years ago. They have not had the problem since. They are an SSF-processed wheel, which is not the same as forging or casting. The GT3s are not light relative to a forged wheel with less intricacies.

I'm not talking smack, I just did my homework, as I have these on our ZR and have had them on my Z32 and G35 as well.
