I like OEM...but the sound system is all there...they didnt take much from inside..the Bose OEM HU is still there and works.

just know where to look and call many many places for parts...


ok after 4 hours of reading tech forums, looking at service manuals and testing..MY LIGHTS ALL WORK PERFECT!!!!!!! damn its midnight ..work starts in 5 hours ...

Great work so far! That's awesome that you got the lights working, sometimes it's the electrical stuff that can cause the major headaches ( ) rather than some of the mechanical/body work.

omg, dude after reading the thread from top to botton and 3 hours later you just metioned the word lights and I just remembered that I wanted to ask you a question. I have naranja roaster and i bought some side marker (black) and im trying to put LED light strip (runs on 12v) my question is . Do you know to what cables i need to connect to ?

hey Thnx for all the support guys...this turned out to be just an amassing project. I know the Z inside out now...to my surprise i didnt even have to buy any special tools or anything. So far ive been able to get by with my limited tools that i had. The only thing i need will be the safety bolt on the drivers air bag which is only like $10 from craftsman.

Car is in running, driving, AC working condition. On Sat i sent it out for paint so next time i see it paint will be done!

Here are a few pics before the tow-truck picked it up.
