Nothing wrong with mine. My top wouldnt latch one time when I closed it like..6 months ago...but I raised it a bit and put it back down and was fine. Everything else mechanically had been great..except for the JWT flywheel chatter

The only issue I have is the rear axle clicking and that is all Z and G's.
Trying to get it fixed under the power train warranty even with the mods.
Nissan TSB. I had mine fixed - even with mods.

Question Z Problems

Perhaps most people tend to write about problems and are looking for help. But, as a new comer here, I am surprised at the number of complaints. Clutch, tops, tires and alignment etc etc. I am in the market for a low mileage Z roadster. Please tell me that there more about these cars to love!! And that the problems are not so major.
I am looking at a Honda and a Z4, but the Z350 just looks like a better balanced car and better value for the money.
Any tips and encouragement will be most welcome!

Absolutely there are more about these cars to love..ex: you can easily pick up chicks at the party ..Cruising with the top down is the best.. always get compliments from other ppl.. BUT, get ready to spend money for the problems..like DaytonaRoadster said.. get the Roadster and honda Fit so you can drive the FIt when the roadster is in the shop... ...

10x more people will complain vs give praise - this is common across industry. 61k miles on our roadster, and no money out-of-pocket yet minus wear items and maintenance. *knock on wood* You just have to keep up-to-date on TSBs and recalls, print out the sheet(s), and bring them to the attention of the dealership yourself. You typically have to twist their arm unless you have the bulletin/recall in your hand. Nissan service is the worst, and their sales department isn't much better. They should go through the same training as their Infiniti counterpart.
