What's up guys,
I'm about to buy a 2006 350z Roadster in black- Touring edition.
KBB trade in value at fair condition is about 20,055 and suggested retail value is 30k.
What would you guys think is a good price to buy at? I was thinking about 23,500.
The mileage is 15,000 miles and its in good condition.
Please let me know as the transaction would go through tomorrow.

No way there is a $10k spread for the same vehicle - there shouldn't be, at least. KBB is more for the dealerships, Edmunds is for the consumer. This is always where I start with a used car:

then "appraise" for TMV
I'd do more, but need to make sure it's not a Grand Touring, need to know 6sp vs auto; however, assuming Touring and 6sp in typical condition without Nav or chrome wheels, I get trade-in of $23k, dealer retail of $26.3k, and dealer retail and CERTIFIED of $27.8k.
