Default $28,900 good price 2009 350Z GT with Navigation?

Looking at purchasing a 2009 350z roadster grand touring. The car looks brand new. It has 5000 miles, one owner. Car is actually only 5 months old. Has Brembo, Navigation.

Is $28,900 a good price? Great price?

Hmmmm. NADA and KBB have nothing on that year yet.

MSRP was probably around 42,500-44,000 for that car brand new off the lot

(Mine was a sticker price of 42,500 and it's a grand touring w/o Nav.)

No, I didn't pay sticker price, lol.

Do you have a link to the sale? Does it have the roadster seats with ventilated seatbacks?

With the features you listed, I'd think it's decent.

Wait, you're buying a SECOND roadster? Big balla!

kills me to see people pay near 30 grand for a used 350. The 370Z is such a nicer car and can be had for about the same money..... all that said, I personallay think the convertables (350Z and 370Z) are ugly and wouldn't consider one. If you have to have a convertable, the price seems decent, but I would still say get a base 370z with sport package for about 3 grand more

Seems reasonable to me. As posted earlier...this is probably a $44k car. My '06 grand touring roadster without NAV stickered for right around $40k new.

Which one is it? Did you buy the Z already or are you looking to buy? This thread here says you already purchased it on 10-6-09:

The production stamp inside the door says 5/09? I highly doubt it.

I thought I had purchased one a couple of weeks ago but the seller reneged. He had a fair reason. Apparently in IL you can't deduct a private car sale from taxes when purchasing a new car. So with what he was selling it for the trade in deal was better for him. This was after we agreed on the sale, etc. But I understood so was fine with it.

I have pulled the trigger on the 2009. The title date is 05/09. I am not sure when the car was made. It is on a truck right now so will know next week. Yes they made 350z roadsters in 2009. Just not coupes. Well the VIN indicates 2009. Maybe they were made in 2008 and Nissan put 2009 vins on them and sells them as 2009? I would much rather have a 2010 370z roadster but I could not find a dealer that would negotiate. So equally equipped it was $15k difference before taxes.

Actually locally I could not get dealers to even come close to this price on a 2008. The best I could do here was a 2008 with 6k miles and no navigation. The best they would do was $32k.

I believe the MSRP on the one I purchased was about $44,400.

I only wanted one with a stick and that was hard to find.

No ventilated seats. Don't believe they were available in 2009.

What Changed for 2009:

Orange ventilated seat option dropped
Minor exterior color change
An all-new 370Z Roadster debuts for 2010

Well congrats!

Hunt down some of the ventilated seats!

And I believe they are actually a 2009, not just a 2008.

Though, you have to remember, if a car is a 2007 (example), it was more then likely made in the year of 2006. So on and so forth.
