I am new here but wondering if it would make more sense to have the Roadster Forum listed in the main Forums page. On my first few visits to this site, I was unaware the Roadster-specific forum existed because it is buried under forums>general>Roadster. Heck, the G35's guys get better positioning than us!

The mods are good here but they do have one problem: a "square" for every topic and every topic in the right square.

Mike will make an awesome bureaucrat!!

It's not because nobody likes us, it's because they're all insanely jealous.

Nope Rag's right.... J/k

I like you guys, except when someone starts to make a roadster into a race car.... I like the convert as a nice touring top down, wind in the face....competes against a S2K, Z4, or Boxster...

My coupe is going to be a TT 911slayer... but I wouldnt do that to a Roadster...

Later on guys

I say if I guy wants to make his drop top a little faster or handle a little better, why not? There are those who'd say trying to make your Z into a 911 doesn't make sense either.

Anyway, regardless of where group members come down on the convertible vs coupe religious debate, we are 350Z owners and part of the family! The 911 crowd has similar religious split but you'd never find the 911 Cabriolet shoved back three pages deep on a 911 forum.

Oh well, I guess as the roadster gets more popular, this will sort itself out. If not, Roadster enthusiasts will flock to a board that better reflects their needs!

Agree - we need to migrate to the main forums page soon. I guess since we have 2004's that are totally cool and have many of the first year problems worked out, we don't fit into the extended complaint strings yet.

So far, the only thing I can gripe about is the material on the door panels - can't make it look good without blotches and smears. A small comment, indeed.

Bottom line - roadsters are the ultimate. Congrats bros - we've got the best of all worlds - we're fast, look good doing it, and run in the wind when we want. Eat your hearts out, coupies.

What about the new 911 Turbo Cabriolet? Guess Porsche thinks you can go fast with the top down.
