Default Does this look like a GT ZR?

The page says it is a grand touring, but I don't see Brembo brakes on it; am i mistaken?
What do you think it is worth?

Thanks a bunch.

It's a Touring. OP is correct - no Brembos.

"Track model" is meaningless with respect to a Roadster. There are no "track" roadsters. There are no '07 Track cars. Yes, track models came with Brembos but what does that have to do with OP's question?

They didnt make a track edition in 2007.

FYI - my GT ZR has Brembos on it and it was my understanding that the Grand Touring models came with Brembos

Brembos and VDC were the only Grand Touring options that the Roadster got. The other GT options: 18"/19" Rays Lightweight wheels, front chin spoiler, underbody diffusers and rear spoiler; were not available on the Roadster with the GT package.

So I was right, Grand Touring Roadster have the orange Brembos correct?
So what is this car worth?

I found another one...2007 touring, unsure of options as of yet, but it has 9,200 miles on it and they want $25K.

This is from the top 100 questions thread, I assume it is right.

Model Breakdown (2007-2008):

*All models received the new 306hp VQHR motor.*

Base:Bi-xenon HID's, 18" five-spoke rims, 6-speed MT only. No VSLD or cruise control.

Enthusiast: Adds TCS, VLSD, Cruise Control, Auto-dimming rearview mirror, aluminum pedals, Illuminated audio controls on steering wheel. Availble with MT or AT.

Touring: Adds VDC (manual only), Bose Audio w/ MP3 playback
capability, leather seats w/ power and heat. Available with MT or AT.

Grand Touring: Adds Brembo brakes and Rays Rims from Track model, underbody aero package, Bose sound system, and leather seats. Available with MT or AT.
****, I just saw this in that thread
Please note this guide only covers coupe options, not roadster.
Is there a good guide somewhere to the ZR options?

This is good info, thank you.
Does the same apply to 08/09s?

I have a 2008 GT ZR. I am about 95% sure it is a GT trim, and I remember hearing the words Grand Touring thrown around many times when it was purchased.

It has the Bose sound system, power/heated seats, leather interior, and cruise control.

It does not have the navigation system or Brembo brakes. I was under the impression that the Brembo brakes were not standard with the GT ZR.

Not sure about the navigation system, though.

Just some extra FYI, I paid 26K for the car, and it had 7500 miles on it.

Looking at the dealer posting,

this is the exact same car as mine, only mine is "Platinum Graphite" and this one is red. I've got the same color interior and soft top.

All the options are the same, too...

It's a common "mistake" (read: tactic) that dealerships - Nissan especially - use to get a fairer asking price. That way when you go to kbb.com, edmunds.com, etc., and enter the model type, it comes out with higher pricing. When I was shopping for our Titan, our 350Z Coupe, and most recently our 350ZR, I noted literally a dozen dealerships that has mislabeled the model type to get more bang for their advertising buck. Besides the GT vs non-GT on the ZR deal, I was most appalled when they showed my LE Titan with added options of spray-in bedliner, leather seating, cruise control, premium stereo, and sliding 5th window - all of which are standard on the LE, yet the kbb software allowed them to choose an LE to build off of, then ADD those items as options. That's why KBB is for the dealer, and edmunds is for the consumer.

Happy shopping.

Please don't remind me. ZRs got totally screwed. Don't forget that it didn't get the bluetooth and SAT control on the stereo, either.

The 5% that you're not sure is correct. You bought a Touring - enjoy it (just don't try to sell it as a GT later!) Brembo brakes ARE STANDARD on the GT ZR.

It's funny, the Nissan dealership that had my '06 GT ZR had it listed as a touring car...needless to say I didn't correct them as I got a decent price!

I too wish the ZR had gotten "all the options"...but I sure love the Brembos!

I never understood the Roadster Grand Touring trim level. It is either a GT or not. What is the point of calling it that then making some of the best features options instead of being standard?
