No, no, no, Z-Donz, an automatic is not “girly”, girls like most everyone else don’t want them in a 350Z. However, a Z has enough dignity to soldier on even when saddled with an automatic, so enjoy.

I'm a firm believer of free markets. This is why Z's with manual transmissions sell for $3,000+ more than auto's.

Automatic transmission: A transmission that shifts itself. A belt driven transmission is an automatic, so long as it 'automatically' shifts without the driver 'manually' engaging the gears. Is that clear?

Next, go look at 1/4 times of an auto vs manual. More often than not, autos post better times, because people suck.
