Depending, I want it for stance. I dont plan on sliding or tracking the car. I just want to do something different since maybe at most 10 roadsters are stanced out.

Roadster with OEM seats is small, but with racing seats, there's a good bit more room.

roadster ONLY IF you keep the top down 100% of the time.

if not, your Z looks great as it is.

I've never been In a vert z so thanks guys for telling me. I'm 5'9 and 140 pounds so I might be able to fit. And thanks for the complements on my car =]

Just my opinion, but...

Roadster w/ top up < Coupe < Roadster w/ top down < Roadster w/ top down & caged

I'm one of the guys that rides with the heat/air on and top down. My top is only up if it is raining.

As far as I can tell, the passenger cabins in a roadster and coupe have the same dimensions, same legroom, same elbowroom and headroom, etc. I know that the seat rails are the same part # and have the same amount of fore/aft adjustment. The foot wells, pedals, interior plastic pieces are also the same. So I don’t see where the roadster has less passenger room, what am I missing here?

If you remove all the emblems on a heavily customized roadster, very few people will recognize what make of car it is. Also there is an aftermarket removable hardtop available, (looks nothing like the coupe or a soft top). This will let you have three different looks for your car.

I do not believe that the bar for the windscreen and hoops allows the seats to lay back as far in the roadster as a seat could in the coupe, but I could be wrong. In the roadster, if the seat is all the way back, you pretty much can't lay it back on angle because of the piece with the hoops and windscreen.

your wheels look better. not a fan of bbs style wheels. they tend to take away the jdm-ness

Just from my experiences of riding in a coupe, I would say the rooflines are different and the ability to tilt the seat backwards is different for sure. Anything else obvious that comes to mind, SB?

keep the wheels. Trade for a roadster and get coils and a clean bumper.. You would love it =) ive owned 3 Z's and the first one was a coupe.

I went from:

Man i really want a black or white coupe but there are so many roadsters on the market, and for cheap. I'm really considering settling for a roadster because top down is really exciting, but the added weight and less safety is a factor. One with 55k for only 11,900 :O

I didnt really like the way it looks with the top up, but after looking at S2000's its really not that bad, just not as "clean" and flowing as the coupe. Z's just look really good.
