Wire the driver in Parallel and your mono amp will see a 2ohm load .

THANKS!!
Your car already comes with a good enclosure, all you need is to buy another(Ebay) . You can then have two front firing 10" subs . It just takes a little work . I did this mod to a buddys 350Z , and i am currently doing it to my Roadster . End result sounds 10X better than the CAS or SRQ boxes , massive tight bass with no rattles . (I've used the SRQ and heard the CAS) Pictures will be up soon .

Can you post pics? I'm installing a 10 this weekend and want to know what you guys are doing? Do you mount the sub on the metal bracket and leave it open? Or remove bracket and set a box in its place? How's the rattle there? Dynamat?

Do not use just the bracket alone , you will get no bass . I have found that using the OEM glove box as your sub box , with the oem sub bracket mounted to the glove box ( The glove box does have to be sealed up air tight) will yeild the best rattle free bass . Unless you build a fiberglass front firing box . I will have picks up by this weekend of what had to be done .

I have a 07 roadster with a vs3 kit and was debating the same whether to go with the trunk or the spaces behind the seats and where it would rattle the least. I ended up getting 2 twelve inch Kicker L7's in the trunk. Just remove the spare wheel cut out the bracket holding it and you have ample room to drop in a pretty big box with what looks like floor mounted subs
