My calipers aren't Brembos, but the brakes are super strong. I was more interested in finding a 6MT Roadster with navi so I'm thrilled with mine...

This is the correct info.

No staggered wheel size front to rear on the gt roadster and no rays wheels. Only brembo is the difference.

As far as the dealers selling "GT" models. Dealers have the optional nav and think they have the gt which they do not.

My 05 grand touring also has staggered wheels. even lists the different sizes on the original sticker that came with the car.

so I have an 2005 ZR with navi, with Brembos, with heated seats, 18' wheels all around (non Rays), with VDC, with HID's. I run the vin decoder and it says its a 2005 Nissan 350Z 2dr Roadster Enthusiast Manual.

I heard the 2005 was a 'special' year but what heck do I have?

Thanks! I think we have to account for customer orders but between that and dealer add on's/deletes that is really the only reason things shouldn't be as clear.

In the beginning, I thought I had a grand touring b/c of navi and brembo's. But in the end its where you like your car and if you feel like you paid appropriately for the accessories and options you have on your car.

That can't be correct. It says enthusiast. My car has Leather heated seats, bose 6 disc changer, and Five spoke wheels. I was told it was a grand touring when I bought it, but see none specs with 5 spoke rims????? I am confused. It is loaded except for the nav system. What ever it is, it's a fun roadster.

Yep, I checked. I have all the options on a grand touring roadster but that vin check site was not correct at all.

I dont see Brembo brakes in your pictures, so you do not have a grand touring.

I bought it used and at 50K he had brakes overhauled. Is it possible to have every option listed on the grand touring, the previous owner had brembo a removed, or have enthusiast model with all the grand touring options added? In 05, the enthusiast did not have 18 inch rims, leather heated seats, Bose 6 disc stereo, the advanced guage cluster...... I'm really confused. If it is grand touring, why would you change the brakes. If it is an enthusiast, how did they get all those touring up grades?

In between the Enthusiast and GT versions there is a Touring - sounds like that's what you have.
