Twill Weave Vinyl vs Haartz Stayfast Canvas Convertible Top replacement
Hi there.
I will have to replace my Convertible Top.
Is any one of the two easier to replace between Twill Weave Vinyl vs Haartz Stayfast Canvas
The price diference is not that much, just wondering.
The car is always garage kept, so the sun will not affect either one as much as if it sat outside all the time
Thanks for your input

Thanks for your reply shinobi89.
That looks pretty darn sexy. Nice shot.
Where did you purchase your top, if you don't mind me asking?
Did your installed it your self?
If so how long did it take?
I wrote to the convertibletopguys, and they say that the Haartz canvas is a little stiffer than the vinyl one, so I'm a bit weary for the motors.

Bought it off Ebay for about $540. Had a local guy in Burbank install it for $300. (Everyone else wanted around $500 to install.) Doing it yourself is about an 8 hour job. I'll leave it up for about four days so it stretches nice before I drop the top. I'm not worried about the motors. Everyone on here who has the canvas top have yet to post about it wearing down the motors (that I've seen anyway).
