Took the roadster to the drag strip last night to see what it'll do in stock form.

I was a little disappointed in the times, but I'm sure it's because I'm used to the higher horsepower of my Z32.

Anyways, I ran consistant 14.5x-14.6x times with trap speeds ranging from 95-99mph. Ran a total of 5 times.

They have a scale at the track and the car weighed in at a hefty 3430 lbs with 1/8 of a tank of gas. This was with out me in the car.

Interestingly, there was quite a bit of wheel hop on the launch.

Has anyone else taken their roadster to the drag strip yet? What kind of times were you getting?

damn, im sure it can run better times than that. the weird thing is, that is how much my Stang weighs

 

That weight seems correct based on the fact that a Track Z weighs in at 3225(as per Nissan).

 

She may not be the fastest or the lightest but Damn she's sexy so that's good enough for me!
