Default Colored Tops

My convertible top is getting a bit ratty looking and I have thought about replacing..but not replacing with just another black top. I have seen Porsches with different colored tops and wondered if anyone has put a different color top on their roadster?

I did a Microsoft Paint mock up of my black convertible with a red top but I do not know how to post pics on here.

Any pics of colored tops on a Z would be great to see.

EDIT*** I think I figured out how to attach a pic

Google.

Should take you 5 second season to find a colored top for the Z. Range from $600-$1,200. Should have stock photos too.

Been there...done that. I just wanted to see if anyone here has done it and what color top was used. Most websites show a pic of the top by itself. I wanted to see real life colored tops and various color combinations.

Do It!!!! You won't regret it. Takes time to get used to, but it's a head turner and it looks so sophistocated!! Color is known as "Bordeaux" or "Merlot". Cheers!

I can see how unique it is. I like it, I just wouldn't want the increased maintenance associated with a lighter color. (Black streaks from rain, etc).
