Question After market seat on 350z roadster

So I got my first 350z roadster 2005 and I have problem with the after market seat, it doesn't fit the oem bracket, and I need to fix it so the top will working.

I do,I need to figure out how to install after market seat and the soft top gonna work because the seat need to move when the soft top open right?

I don't think the seats move when opening the top as per this video. If there's a sensor that is required to open the top then I'm sure there is an easy way to bypass it

There's a switch on the back of the seat to disable it from moving forward during top operation. I have mine disabled since passengers would freak out when it moved forward slightly.
