Default Liquid Aluminum paint

Does anyone own one? Has seen one? Is it worth the $1,000.00 extra? What do you think? I've seen all the colors except the liquid aluminum!

I saw an liquid aluminum roadster at the dealership. I think it looked really cool. It reminded me of a WWII P-51 fighter plane, when they only painted the nose and tail section.

My dad was with me and we both agreed that it seemed just a bit over the top, however. So I went with the silverstone.

If I were you I would definitely see it live before making your choice. I don't think the pictures in the brochures or on the web do it justice.

I think anyone interested in modding their car would find the silver aluminum a great base to work from. You are definitely going to get noticed.

Looks good, but not $1100 good. Especially since the Nissan paint SUCKS anyway. My front end has more chips than a bag of Doritos.

I was very happy with my chrome silver. The liquid aluminum color is an even lighter shade. I originally wanted pikes peak but I ended up with chrome silver and I liked the shine of the color in the sun.

Check my website for some pics of my old Z in the sun. I think it looked really good.

Hey guys...Just another thought about the paint. I would think that the touch up process would be very difficult to do? Also, This sounds to me like a 3 phase paint, trying to match it up & etc.

That would be funny, if it wasn't so sad.

I thought that liquid aluminum wasn't available on the roadster.
