350z trunk space cabrio: is it smaller in certain versions?
Hi all
I'm new here, and about to get my first z roadster. But i came to the forum for some advice first. I haven't found a similar thread, so I'm posting a new one. After checking two cars, first one from 2010 with the nismo bodykit and the second from 2007 without the nismo bodykit, I'm about to purchase the younger one.
One thing that confused me is that the younger car seemed to have a smaller trunk space. Not in depth or width, but in lenght. The trunk from the 2007 car seems to reach a bit more far back. Apparently i cannot confirm this by having the two cars at the same place, but can someone elaborate on that? Can it be that the last updated version of the 350z roadster has some extra mechanical components that limit trunk space?
Or is it just my crazy thinking?
2010 ZR Z33 doesn’t exist, final 350z Roadster was 2009. If you were looking at a 2010 370Z, it is smaller than the Z33 trunk!
It's a 350z, but somehow in Switzerland, some cars are registered first time in 2010, so we refer them as "2010".
I know that the car was produced until 2009.
The trunk space for the Z33 Roadster (or cabrio for our brethren across the pond) is the same across all years - half a dead body. There are no added components or trim pieces which would affect the storage capacity unless one of the two models has been modified.
I call BS on this sticker on the underside of the trunk hatch.
Some say they've done it. Pics or it didn't happen.
