Bad function after snowstorm
A quick breakdown about the situation. The car came from Florida, clean no rust but still with regular Coolants etc. I live in Minnesota, the car was perfect, no engine issues. I was driving the car with no hood because I am fixing it, when last week a huge snowstorm got in MN and Over 5 inches of snow covered the car and the engine itself. The temperature still below 25, 15 and -0 F, the car didn’t work after this at all! It will turn on but with a weird sound “like is working with 4 cylinder instead of 6” and it dies after some seconds! I don’t know what to do! The car is in the outdoor garage so it is hard to work on now! Is there anything that I can do ?
First step would be to hook up an OBD scanner and check for codes. If it sounds like it's not firing on all cylinders, then hopefully the codes will indicate which cylinders are misfiring.
Might want to throw a tarp or something over that engine bay if the hood is still off.
