Interesting review.

He missed the Z emblem on the air vents on the inside door frame. Easy to overlook, I guess.

My first sports car (after the Opel GT !!) was an early modle 240 Datzan "Z". I went through an MG, Austin Healy, and Porche 911 S. Then settled down to "conservative" vehicles for a few years. Upon turning 71, I figured I needed to finish my driving with the best and purchased a 350 Z in November of '06. We spend the winters in Phoenix and the summers in California. Have only had the top up on about three ocasions. I love this car!!!! Dennis White

48 - I don't know how all the kids here can afford a $30-$40K car. (Here we go...) When I was 21 I was driving a cheap car and putting the money I'd saved on my first house.

and I had to walk to work...10 miles...in the snow...all year...uphill....

mine was under $30k (pre-loved), but just cuz u can get a car doesn't mean you can afford it! (like all those "actors"/waiters in LA driving 5 series & up BMWs)

Young people also are willing to live in cheaper, less-quality places (like in a converted garage) or get housing paid for if they are in college. Also, they usually don't have expenses like water bills (if u rent), kids, pets, etc. Plus, dealerships can almost always find someone to finance you regardless of credit history. At one dealership I went to, I was told "your job is your credit". LOL

Still, even full price I think the Z is a bargain - quality Japanese sportscar

I'm 49, wife 46 (let her drive occasionally). Got the Black '06 Grand Touring w/ Nismo cat back and cai because I wanted it and to replace the red '66 Mustang convertible I had. 66 too old for daily driver. Drive what you want, live fast, die young and leave a good looking corpse.

I'm 38 years old.
