This is driving me nutty. The only thing stopping me from getting my Roadster is deciding on the color.

I want the DB color and I've been leaning towards the black top for quite sometime now. For some reason when the Nissan rep looked up the DB roadster they all had blue tops. But I've been told you can get black.

I have yet to see a good picture of a DB roadster with a Blue or Black top. So I want to see both side by side once and for all.

The key to the top color is the interior color. If you get the Frost leather interior you get the blue top. The leather only comes on the Touring model. Mine is an Enthusiast with the black carbon cloth interior. It comes with the black top

 

I think blue looks better.

Just my opinion.

The key is never have to put it up. LOL I would of liked a Frost option. (maybe?)

 

one more thing. My blue top doesn't look THAT blue under normal daylight. Garage was closed and used the flash. Still it's not THAT bad?

 

I had a DB Touring ordered but took the DB Enthusiast instead. I thought the blue top was close but not a good match. Looked like a match gone bad. but that's just my $.02. You need to buy what works best for you.

 

Agreed, but the color of the top was not even a factor. I fell in love with DB and not too many 'verts avail when I got it. My main concern was 6spd and the Touring pkg. Also Nav at the time, but if I did over, $2000., wasn't worth it. Z Ya Dave

Thanks for posting the pic FLZ. It's not bad and my mind wasn't made up after looking at it. A pic out in the sun though under normal light might be cool if possible given what your saying.

No problem, will take pic in morning. It actually looks alot darker in daylight. But as said before, to each his own. And again, for me top color wasn't a factor :-) Dave
