I was checking the Nissan web site and found the following:

2004 350Z Roadster; Rattle or Ticking Noise From Soft Top 2nd Bow

IF YOU CONFIRM: A rattle, ticking, and/or squeak noise coming from the soft-top while driving, DETERMINE IF: The noise is coming from the ends of the 2nd bow. ACTION: Apply Felt-Cloth Tape to the ends of the 2nd bow. See this bulletin forfurther detail.


Does anybody have access to the detailled TSB for this issue ?
I get some rattling sometime from the top mechanism and like to get more info on this TSB.

Is this for the original top? Or the replacement top? I'm on top #2 and I don't have a rattle. I didn't have a rattle in #1 either. It was just full of holes.....
