ZR rear window filaments burnt out

ZR rear window filaments burnt out
Wondering if this has happened to anyone:
3 months after I got my ZR, the upper two wire filaments for defrosting the rear window stopped working.
haven't taken it to the shop yet, but will soon...while i'm under warranty

This also happened to me recently....dealer fixed right away.
