Unhappy Rod Knock???? HELP

So for the past two days I've been hearing this funny noise on a cold start, i suspect it is rod knock but im not really sure because once the car is warmed up the noise seems to go away. However im not a VQ expert and was hoping someone would be able to tell me what that noise is. Ive attached a video so you guys see what im talking about.

p.s i just did my oil change today and switched from 5w30 to 5w40... i change my oil every 3000 miles. Looking forward to your guys response.

First things first who were you racing or what were you doing when you did this?

Hardly ever does that just "happen" to a motor.

Burn out I'm assuming?

Yea then it's a good chance you bent one.

My buddy bent his doing a burn out after our canyon run last month.

I'd take it to a shop and have them replace the rods and make sure the block is ok still. Changing the oil is just a bandaid for a missing leg.

Might help but not for long. Only a matter of time till it's done and dead.
