Z34 uses VQ37VHR, not a generic VQ35. As such, mounts carry different part numbers and different configuration for upper and lower pieces so I'm going to GUESS the answer is no.
You’ve got some nomenclature wrong -
The 370z / g37 uses the 3.7liter VHR engine (which is the successor to the 3.5liter HR found in the 2007-2008 350z, which is the successor the 3.5liter DE found in the 2003 to 2006 350z). There are some very mild similarities between these generations but nothing that is going to benefit you.
your pathfinder uses the 3.5liter VQDE engine found in the first generation 350z models.
I am not sure what the bolt pattern for the transmission is on the horizontally mounted setup is - I believe they are the same but I am not 100% sure.
Its sorta goofy bc they used a 4liter DE engine in earlier frontier/xterra/pathfinder models that was very similar to the 3.5liter DE but used a different oil pan and used the HR transmission. This is very common for nissan where some parts will bolt-up between engine & chassis generations…even crossing engine families. For instance - the 3liter VR 7AT will bolt up to the 3.7liter VHR engine. Or the 3.7 liter VHR block will take the HR heads/timing chain case. I think pistons are the same between the DE and the HR while rods are not.

To add to that you'll have some electrical speedbumps you'll need to clear.
Most likely you'll need to source an automatic trans from the 370z for a more realistic swap since we doubt you'll be swapping it to 6mt.
I can go on but it sounds like you might be having engine issues and probably were victim of childish thoughts under the influence. "you know what'd be cool? If we..."
The swap will be close to the hardest thing you've done in your life since so far there is no nissan retaining v6 swapped pathfinders.
I make swaps for VHRs and could offer additional advice however I'd hate to waste my time on a pipe dream.
Do some research, check your bank, ask yourself how committed to this you are and we can talk later.
Good luck!
