New door latch

Could anyone tell me what this part is? I'm pretty sure it's a door latch but I need to make sure before I buy. Is it the same as 80503-AR200?

It's part of the external door handle. It's that plastic part of the handle that commonly breaks because it's under too much spring tension to be made of that kind of plastic to begin with.
