I've had my door latch stuck a couple of times, I think there is a TSB on it. I'm sure its covered under the warranty.

It is covered. They have a new style of metal clip that will help. They worked on mine but it still has some issue now and again.

They "adjust" mine all the time. It never really helps. I'm just used to pop pop pop pop pop pop popping it open at stations.

I thought it was something I was doing (key on or off???) but now feel better. I gotta get it fixed b/c it is drivin' me nuts. It wouldn't be so bad if the fuel door was on the driver's side.

Yeah I know what you mean. I feel like an idiot getting out of the car, looking at the fuel door, then walking back around to push the button again, then getting out of the car, . . . . . . . .

LOL...I feel like a moron too. I'm thinking of angling the side mirrors to see if I can view it from there.

Still can't see it, I've tried. People see me crawlin' out of a hot car, walking around, no gas door open, walk back around, hit switch couple times, repeat. Must look like a clown who doesn't know how to work his car, drives me around the bend!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can't seem to get mine fixed either so I simply pop, pop, pop at home and then go the gas station....got tired of being smirked at at the gas station. Ten months later....still sticking...

Mine doesn't stick but it never sits flush with the body of the car. Is this one of the problems that they will fix? My production date is 7/04.

Mines getting bad again. I'll have it looked at on the next oil change.

There is definitely a TSB on it and a qualified dealer should be able to get it fixed with the new hardware. I had mine fixed, something to do with the actuator on the fuel door itself and now it works first try every time. It does however seem to be slightly extended when closed and stick out slightly on the bottom. I looked at a new one in the dealership and it had the same slight misalignment issue so not much you can do about it. I've also noticed several of the pictures online show the same misalignment. It's annoying but low on the list (short list) of issues needing improvement.
