Default Oil/water leak from I no not what it is.

I pulled the car out of the garage today and noticed a little oil on the concrete. When I touched it, if felt like there was oil with a little water on top. Or it was a very thin viscosity. Not sure which it was. So here is the picture from where the leak was coming from. Can anyone smarter than me please give me some info as to what this part is? There seemed to be thin oil from where the arrow is running down towards the bottom, but I wiped it all off.

The bushing is oil-filled, and yours is shot. Consult Z1 for a replacement polyurethane bushing and search here for the replacement procedure.

Don't ask Nissan, because they'll tell you the entire subframe has to be replaced.

After going to the dealer to get the cost to get the whole sub frame part replaced and vomiting in the back of my throat, I decided to go with plan "B". Paying someone to do it.

Subbie tech who went out on his own. I've seen the guy go from a one person shop to now have 4 employees. He has worked a several cars for me and always at a fair price.

What would be a ballpark price to have the bushing replaced? At the same time I will have the other two on the differential replaced too.

Took the car to my mechanic and looked at the problem. He told me he would charge me a couple of hundred dollars to replace the bushing. I have to buy the bushing, which I did. So this is looking to be about $1650 cheaper than the dealer.

We shall see.

In the "how to" link to change the bushing there was a link to purchase all new bushings. Paid for it yesterday, and today I emailed them to find out when it will be shipped. The email within the PayPal purchase notification go bounced back to me. Does anyone know if they are still around? Any info would be useful.

Thanks.

I just got off the phone with PayPal. They said to give the seller two more days to contact me on shipping and if I don't hear from them, to call back and cancel
