Isn't the point in owning a Z to hit the road and go to places you've never been and see things you've never seen before. I could say lets have a national Z meet in the Deadwood or Spearfish South Dakota. But why the hell would I want to attend another event thats in my backyard. I want to hit the road. Drive down some scenic byways and eat at crappy little diners on the side of the road. After talking with Jeremy@Forged I'm trying to make it out ZdayZ this May and that's over 1800 miles one way for us. Which in a car is cake. I logged over 1100 miles in 2 days last summer on my Harley, riding through Jackson Hole & Yellowstone in Wyoming and up over the Beartooth pass in Montana to Red Lodge for a kick azz party. So challenge us to go someplace we've never been and I'll make it there.
+1 I agree, I think a National Z meet would be incredible. SEMA would be an awesome place to meet up or Miami. Really don't care, just think it would be badass to meet up with a **** load of Z's and G's
Just need to tell me where. I have one free slot that the wife is giving me to go to any meet anywhere I choose this year. So if we dont come up with something soon, Im going to just go to ZDAYZ.
Per Nissan sales data, the largest concentrations of Z sales are :
California
Florida
Texas
Makes sense to hold the meets where most of the car sales are....
Have you checked out the Regional forums? ... The only region more active than the Mid-Atlantic is SoCal. The largest concentration of sales may be in the states you listed, but the largest concentration of Z enthusiasts (Atleast on my350z.com) is by far the Mid-Atlantic region.
