Guys,

Is it a policy for online vendors to ship the item out once they debited the amount on your account.

Problem is they have given me a ups tracking number since Nov. 24, but I am still getting this message when I tried to track it down.


"UPS has received shipper's billing information electronically. Billing information received does not indicate shipment pickup or drop-off. Please contact the shipper for more details.

Tracking results provided by UPS: Nov 30, 2004 3:22 P.M. Eastern Time (USA)".

I have contacted numerous times, but they are playing dumb!!! I am going to have to reveal this company's name soon .

i'ved done some online purchase before and still doing it. some companies take 2-3 workdays to ship the item if they have them in stock but some company will ship your stuff thesame day.

i'd give them a little bit more. I've waited 2 weeks before things have been shipped. every so often these things happen, all a part of getting a good deal and buying online.

I have a daily UPS pickup at my business. All the message means is that the seller has used UPS's online system to create a shipping label.
UPS has not had the package scanned at its warehouse.

I purchase everything online...Best thing to do is Call, leave message any reputable company will call you back to set your fears aside.

Have you recived the package yet? If you havent go it yet then thier is a problem.

Guys,

I just check with UPS and vendor. UPS finally received the package. They will reschedule the delivery date. Almost 2 weeks now
