Default dvd player and screen help

I've got an 04 and want to install a dvd player and screen. My questions are:

1) I've read on here that the best thing to do is switch out the 04 pocket with an 03 pocket. What exactly do I need to purchase (part# and description) to switch out my 04 nav pocket to an 03 pocket and where can I buy it?

2) How much work is it to switch out the nav pocket, should I just let the person installing my screen do it?

3) I currently have an Alpine CDA-9833 headunit. Does this mean I have to go with the Alpine dvd player (DVD-5210) or is it possible to use another dvd player?

4) From what I have been able to read on here, looks like I don't have to go with an Alpine screen, is this true? What is the biggest screen that can fit in the 03 pocket without modification, 6.5 or will a 7 inch fit? Which screen is the best, im looking for widescreen and nice bright picture?

Thanks

1. parts needed:-

2. if you've never taken your car apart before and are afraid and have no help or are too busy, then let your installer do it. Better than scratching/damaging it.

3. i have a 9833 too, u need somehting that is compatible with the Ai-Net controller, meaning you have to get an alpine so that you can use the alpine HU to control it. OR, u can get another dvd player and then just get the alpine RCA to Ai-net cable and that way it will play it like an auxillary input.

4. 7inch xenarc Touch Screen (if u want). check out http://www.mp3car.com/store for a steal of a deal.

Thanks.

Does anyone know if the TME-M770 screen and DVA-5210 dvd player will play video while the car is moving, or do you have to ground something to the handbrake like the dvd player headunits?

Genxdavy....Just from the couple of years spent on these forums, I would say that desiZ probably has the nicest, and most elaborate set-up....I would go with whatever he recommends.....Dave
