I had the same problem.. as a matter of fact.. it comes and goes and the only thing that i did was hit the side of the console and the sound came back on both sides.. of course,, you can take it to the dealer and see what they can do.. I intend to keep my bose system until it finally quits and then, I will buy a double din..

the problem lies within the actual relay that sits behind the driver seat.. i found a write up about how to fix it and it only takes about 5 minutes and has worked ever since

You know I have the same problem, but it only happends in CD mode and when I am going fast around corners (Left). Weird that it does not happen when I turn right? Just the left side, what happened, Nissan could not put a little more money in getting this right. We paid a good amount for the car and this happens. Well I went to the dealer and they ordered me a new radio and I just got it replaced and everything seems to be working good so far?
Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

I asked my local Nissan dealer about it and even called North American Nissan to see what they had to say. The dealer of course said it hab been a problem in the 350 and even in a couple of Altimas. Nissan said they sort of know about the problem but, can only help if it is still under warranty.. I am wondering if an car audio shop can fix the problem..
