Default Hardwired V-1, How do you tuck wires in Roadster

Okay, I got my V-1 hardwired and I ran the phone cord wire up through the drivers side pillar, but I cannot get the wire to go under the roofline. How do you tuck the wire under the roof line. I tried to push it through with a screwdriver, but I am afraid of scratching my panels. I pushed really hard with a flat head and the panel would not budge. I have the roadster if that matters.

Any special tool for this?

Help,

Does the roadster have a powered mirror like the coupe? If you can't find a solution to running the wires from the fusebox via the windshield frame, you might consider hardwiring straight to the mirror wires.

Good luck!

Yeah, looks like I will have to go that route, I really don't want too since its all wired, just needs to be tucked. I'll run it by a local stereo shop and see if they can tuck it without scratching anything.

Use something that is thin like a credit card to push the cord under the roofline.

Tried that, but it seems the roadster panels are much harder to push anything in, LOL!

Okay, I fixed it, it tucked on the left side, kinda weird, but hey whatever works,

Tapped into the front cigarette lighter. Saved $35 in the process by doing it myself.

I got my wire to fit on my roadster under the top windshield edge on the driver side but it is very tight. I used a plastic knife to not scratch the plastic. Make sure the wire is inserted under the plastic in its "flat" orientation. It definitely will not fit otherwise.
