sorry i pressed "new thread" instead of "reply" but since i messed up i might as well put it to use. Anyways, has anyone expeirenced overheating of their monitors in the nav. compartment? Cause I am... and it stinks. After like 40 min. my monitor begins to lose color until its picture is nothing but a green hue. Im just making sure that it is heat related. I got some good info from a member here earlier and now i just wanted to see if anyone else has had this problem.

I have a Pheonix Digital PD-165 5.6" LCD Monitor

thanx

The monitor might just suck in quality? Or you might want to check if the heat is fully blowing from the air ducts to the out cabin and not inside the panel. My touch screen gets hot but it never lost color. It was on for a good 2 hours on a long trip.

Actually my front two vents are closed and it has been pretty cold so my heat has been on, ill try that. Good thinking and thanks!
