Default I fnally made my mind up, tell me what u think

I have a 05 ZR Enth and I do not want to spend an arm and a leg so......

-Alpine MRV-F545 (use 3 ch)
-Alpine SWR 1041D Sub ( stock location in custom box)
- Alpine SPX177R (6.5 components in front)
-David navone line convertor from stock HU

let me know where I am going wrong, and do not say do not keep stock HU

thanks

If I were you I would go ahead and spend a little extra money on a decent alpine headunit. It will sound a hell of alot better than a line converter and the stock HU especially if you are going to hook componets to it. You can get a good HU for around 200 from crutchfield with everything you need to install it.

What I would do if I were you....

HU:
Alpine CDE-9845

The sub you have listed is nice.

Amps:
Alpine MRP-M350 to run the sub
Infinity Reference 7520a (or some equivalent 2ch) to run componets

As far as componets, Ive heard the spx alpines and they are way too harsh for my ears, but its all opinion anyways. Regardless of what you get though, I would run the fronts off of whatever two channel amp you get and run the rears off the HU for fill.

I always recommend a seperate amp to run a sub off of. Its usually about the same price as it would be for one multichannel amp and sounds alot cleaner IMO.

my .02 cents
