OK, so using that little wedge calculator program you gave me, i put in my demensions.
inner dimensions that is (all in inches)....
10.5 (Top Width)
12.25 (Bottom Width)
23.25 (Width)
8.5 (Height)
And it gave me an airspace of 0.87 cubic ft.
Now since thats just the wedge box and im doing some fiberglassing on the front, i suppose i could add about maybe like .02 at the absolute max.
Does this airspace sound ok paul, its a little low but not too bad.
Edit: Ok so i played around with the numbers of my box..
Given that i use the dimensions above i will have around ~0.87- ~0.92 cu. Ft of space.
Now my driver has a
FS: 30.6 Hz
QTS: 0.537
Vas: 1.28 cu.ft
and using a Qtc of 0.84 I will have a VB= 0.885 and an F3= 41.46 Hz
Using a Qtc of 0.81 I will have a VB= 1.004 and an F3= 41.02
Im not 100% on if these numbers mean im on track, but im pretty sure its looking pretty good.
ANy imput paul would be great!
Thanx

WEll, i finally got all the pieces cut, gonna do some fine tune sanding so i get a good fit on most of the stuff, im a little scared of coutersinking the holes and decided where i should put screws on this thing. Any recomendations??
Also, where can i pick up liquid nails? As well as the silicone i need to line the inside creases of the box with?
Ima try to take some pics if i can get it assembled tomorrow and then im starting on the fiberglassing. :0
Also, i want to make a ring obviously for the front where the sub is going cuz of the fiberglassing in the front of the box, what thickness mdf should i use? just 3/4" again?

liquid nails you can get at any home depot. I'm pretty sure you could get an appropriate silicone there as well. You could allways just say screw the silicone and put a good bead of liquid nails on as your 'just in case' bead at the seams

Ok well i havent been working on the sub box at all cuz ive decided to go with a different design for the subs and put 1 ten behind each seat. Ill be selling the under the strut fg box when i finish it.
But I have been working on my center console and its comming out pretty darn well. Im going for a look like the picture i just posted below, but that second din i filled with bondo and put the switches in to control neons inside the cabin of the car. Tell me what you guys think of the console, its almost ready to be painted, just need to touch up a couple little pin holes here and there and then hopefully within the next couple of weeks ill get some time to shoot the paint.
SO heres the look of the console im going for (except with the second din filled obviously and the dash color matched to the chrome silver finish of my car, not cf)

And heres what I have so far using my creative bondo skillz
(sorry for the crappy pic quality)
