Default How do I safely disassemble the interior? -

I've never done this sort of thing before, so I'm hoping you guys can help. What are some general pointers for removing plastic panels, in the rear hach area for example? I assume that most of the mouldings near the rubber gaskets are just snapped into place... which direction do you pull/yank on them to get them loose without breaking anything?
Has anyone done a step-by-step tutorial for removing panels other than the doors? (the door speaker install tutorial was sweet, BTW. Thanks to whoever was responsible for it)
Thanks for any help!
Mika

I'd highly recommend investing in the service manual if you are planning on really tearing into your car. It will tell you just about everything you need to know.

I put together a listing of all the "tutorials" I could find about upgrading/installing audio/video peripherals in the car for my installers. Shindem's pictures are no viable (long story) but the text may still help you out. I'm sure there are other similar posts, but these were the ones I found at the time. Maybe other people will add other threads I missed.

Roberto350z's post on the removal of the speaker pod, etc.

Shindem's post on door and rear panel removal

Shindem's post on removing dash and center console

Nazar's information on installing an Alpine monitor.

Hey thanks, man! I think you know where I live :-)
I may look at doing this early next year. Perhaps I'll shoot you an email before I begin. I also have a friend who has agreed to offer his help.
Cheers,
mika
