CD in changer - not recognized - wont come out

CD in changer - not recognized - wont come out
Have a self-burned CD I stuck in the changers 4-slot on the way home last night, played fine. This morning, its not recognizing there is a disc in there. Wont play, wont eject, and I dont want to try to jam another disc on top of it. Anyone else ever have this problem, did it release eventually?
