Default Group Buy - Camcorder Headrest Mount

Anyone interested in a group buy on these?
I will try to get a price from them for a volume purchase.

Fully adjustable ball joint camera mount, adjustable length, mounts by clamping onto both headrest poles. Great for filming track days or whatever you want.

There is some concern that it wont fit due to the shape of the Z's seats. I will investigate a bit more.

I'd be interested... what's the ballpark dollar figure for one of this things @ retail (forget volume pricing for now)?

Buying 1 shipped from England is 85$.
Im hoping we can get that down to about 65$ on a group purchase.

Default Just buy pvc pipe about 18"

and mark the headrest rod location on the pvc and drill holes the drill hole to mount camera. Paint to your color choice and enjoy.

Total cost $5.00?

Interesting idea... What would you use to actually mount the camera? I dont know if you can buy just the ball joint and mounting plate...

not sure that'll work for the Z seats. even fully up IMO that bar won't clear it (not to mention the whiplash in an accident) Plus its really distracting. I would look at placing it on the rear strut bar w/ a swivel base so you can capture the rear (as you smoke a ricerocket )

well IMO anyway.

After looking the cars seats I think you're right, it wont fit.

I'll keep hunting.
