Im not sure if they are out yet... But I can tell you this though - Looking at the physical specs you will need a spacer...

They are out now, We have done 2 pairs allready, They are very hard to get right now. They are worth all th emoney. Amazing detail and midbass responce. I am sure you will find retailers that will work with you.

They will for the Z doors no problem, may need a spacer but no biggy. You may want to angle the spacers towards driver.

PM me if you would like a pair.

How do they compare to Focals in a similar price range? Are the tweeters smooth or harsh? Are they muddy at all like the XR series are?

thanks nazar!

I don't find the XR's Muddy, well atleast not for the price.

ZRs are using and extensively more advanced crossover network then the XRs You have a lot more adjustments over the Tweeter and the Woofer. Mids are a lot tighter, Much more Mid Range, and smacking MID BASS.. One of my customers in a supra had the Xr and we installed the ZRs and He just could not believe the difference.

For the money They are incredible, Specialy when you consider the space they will fit in compared to a Focal or maybe a 25th anniv. Kenwood (XXV-04S those are HUGE) So if money is NO object Yes there are better speakers out there. But for MSRP $800 (which can be pursuaded) and Under I don't think anything can touch them. Specialy when you factor in the cost of labor and possible PODS.

I mention PODS because the only time we have made the Focals sound good in the Z is with the Help of the PODS which we now are starting to make.

You won't be sorry. Great sound for such a small enclosure. Plus lots of room left in the hatch area for storage.
