Replace bose sub

I really want to replace the bose sub behind the driver's seat in my 350z touring but not sure on how to remove the panel that covers the sub. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

It pops off easily from the bottom of the panel. Cover the tip of a flat head screw driver with duct tape (to avoid scrathing) and pry carefully.
